ZUHA: Dubai's Newest and Ultra-Luxurious Private Island Resort

The ultra-luxurious private island resort known as ZUHA will soon call the city of Dubai its home. It will be found on the Dubai World Islands. According to recent reports, the island resort that is presently being development would supposedly open its doors to guests by the year 2025.

The island will include a boutique hideaway and thirty "limited edition" luxury private villas. It will be about 2.5 million square feet in size and have 2.5 kilometers of shoreline. ZUHA can be reached by boat in about 12 minutes from the Jumeirah Beach Welcome Centre, which is located just adjacent to the Four Seasons, Dubai.

Villas with one bedroom, two bedrooms, three bedrooms, four bedrooms, eight bedrooms, and even a treehouse villa are all going to form part of this resort. A spa and several restaurants are going to be included in each of the thirty private villas, which are said to cost a total of AED 63 million.

A beach club, a ceviche bar, and an all-day dining restaurant will also be part of the luxury island's offerings in addition to the previously mentioned amenities. It is said that guests will have access to the Zuha Beach Club beginning in January of 2024.The island is Dubai World Islands' third and most recent development addition to their portfolio.
