Wild Nectar Introduces Honey with Indigenous Bush Flavors

Wild Nectar Honey has introduced a variety of Australian honey derived from local bushland flavors and extracted using cold extraction.

The South Coast and Central NSW apiaries produce organic honey that is unpasteurized, unfiltered, and abundant in enzymes and antioxidants.

The director of Wild Nectar Honey, Joe Corrigan, said that the range is "excellent on its own or as a spread."

The company has unique access to National Parks on Australia's east coast, where bees feed on native plants such as ironbark, mallee, peppermint, and banksia.
