Two of the city’s hottest restaurants are teaming up for a culinary collaboration

A night at Italian hotspot Torno Subito is always a good idea, but a meal with Chef Massimo Bottura’s comrades? Even better. Enter: Massimo’s Friends, a new and exclusive tasting menu experience that returns on 30 May. Taking place at W Dubai – The Palm, the second edition will feature an eight-course menu curated by two culinary experts: Chef Bernardo Paladini (Torno Subito’s Chef de Cuisine and handpicked protégé of Massimo Bottura) and Chef Himanshu Saini (the creative talent behind the MENA’s 50 Best awarded Trèsind Studio).

The pop-up will see the two masterminds step behind the stove and prepare an authentic feast of signature dishes. For AED 499 per person, diners will be treated to a selection of brand new dishes from Saini and Paladini, plus twists on old favourites
