The world's Highest Hotel, Ciel, will open in Dubai in 2024.

The world's highest independent hotel, Ciel, will open early in the new year. The hotel's height on Dubai Marina is 365 meters and 82 stories.

Various opening dates have been suggested, but The First Group is convinced that the first quarter of 2024 will be the one.

Gevora Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road has become the highest building in the world when it debuted in 2017. The hotel is 356.3 metres tall and has 75 storeys.

The second-tallest hotel in the world, the 355-foot-tall, 82-story JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, is also located in Dubai. While the difference between the two properties is just one metre, the current competitor will have almost ten metres on its predecessors.

Ciel, which will soar 365 metres into the sky and be nine metres higher than Gevora Hotel, will soon arrive. (or around the height of two giraffes).

"We are thrilled to add Ciel to Dubai's skyline, a ground-breaking project that will redefine elite hospitality and highlight the finest of the city. Rob Burns, CEO of The First Group, said, "Despite the challenges presented by the pandemic, we are making significant progress and are on track to open the property in 2024."

"Ciel will provide visitors with a one-of-a-kind experience with its distinctive design, luxurious facilities, and breathtaking vistas. "Ciel is a symbol of Dubai's ambition, innovation, creativity, and excellence," he said.
