The stylish, Green Resort on Marjan Island in the UAE

The UAE-based Earth Hotels company revealed its large-scale development ambitions. One of the five openings has a pipeline worth more than US$200 million; it is a resort on Ras Al Khaimah's Marjan Island.

The brand is aimed at "earthy travelers," and it was created with sustainability in mind. In 2025, Earth Shore on the Emirate's own Marjan Island will open after the first of its hotels, which will debut in Portugal. Additionally, Earth Jeddah, Earth Mangroves in Abu Dhabi, and Earth Living, a hotel and living concept planned for Riyadh, will all be available.

In addition to farm-to-table dining, culinary workshops, pop-up shops supporting regional artists, family activities, fitness initiatives, and more, Earth Shore will debut in 2025. Leading companies in nightlife, fitness, and entertainment collaborate with Earth Hotels. Visitors may participate in indoor activities like CrossFit, muay Thai, and yoga or outdoor activities like electric motorbikes and mountain climbing.

The 300,000 square foot Earth Shore, Marjan Island project will have 265 keys, comprising resort rooms, "GOAT" terrace suites, and two-bedroom sky villas. Direct beachfront access, a 13,000 square foot "sticky lounge" social center, and a beach club with dining and function space for up to 500 people are all features of the location.
