The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Business Bay will be available for purchase in 2025

Dubai will soon be home to another ultra-exclusive, Marriott-branded residential development. This time, opening in 2025 is The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Business Bay.

The project will feature butlers, personal chefs, and a staff for arranging private aircraft and other requests, all of which are geared towards those seeking "service-rich" living.

It will consist of 73 residential units, including penthouses and a villa. There will be a fitness center, leisure, theatre for residents only, and cafe.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences are being developed by Khamas Group and designed by Ana Moussinet, with sales and marketing handled by both Devmark Group and Knight Frank.

Marriott has increased its concentration on upscale branded residences in Dubai.

MAG of Life has recently announced the release of eight residences at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Creekside Dubai. Each villa is valued at AED177 million and is inspired by two of three architectural themes, including earth and water.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences are a component of the Keturah Resort, an independent residential community designed by MAG of Life, the first wellness real estate concentrating on Dubai Industrial Strategy 2030.

The completion date for W Residences Dubai – Downtown, which will be managed by Marriott International, is December 2025. It will feature 384 luxury residences.
