MEA WIDE EXPANSION OF VIGNETTE COLLECTION: IHG Hotels & Resorts is preparing to launch the Vignette Collection in Doha, Qatar. In collaboration with Hospitality for Success H4S Hotels & Residences, one of Al Baladi's Holding companies, the first Vignette Collection hotel in Doha is set to open. Velero Hotel Vignette Collection is scheduled to open by the end of Q1 2024. The fifth Vignette Collection signing in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) will be Doha Lusail, after signings in Saudi Arabia, Zimbabwe, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates. Situated approximately 23 kilometres from Doha in Lusail, the second largest city in Qatar, the hotel will be a component of a mixed-use complex. The 244-room hotel, which is located next to Lusail Stadium, will have three restaurants, a spa, a gym, a pool, and meeting and event space. IHG currently runs 108 hotels in the Middle East under eight different brands.

GEORGIA'S LUXURY COLLECTION: Marriott Bonvoy's Luxury Collection, which consists of over 30 brands, made its Georgian premiere with the Paragraph Freedom Square, a Luxury Collection hotel in Tbilisi. The hotel's interior design was created by HAT Design Paris, while Hausart Georgia handled the building's architecture. The State Opera House, Art Museums, City Assembly, and Freedom Square are all reflected in the double-curved glass façade of the hotel structure. The 220-room hotel has five dining options, six treatment rooms in the spa, an indoor circular pool, an infinity pool, and a fitness centre with views of Freedom Square. In addition, the hotel offers 1,400 square metres of space for events and meetings, which is divided between two ballrooms and five meeting rooms. Presently, The Luxury Collection boasts a collection of about 120 hotels and resorts spread across more than 35 countries.

Introducing Four Seasons Private Residences in Istanbul: Four Seasons and Tay Group have partnered to launch a brand-new independent private residential development in Istanbul. The Four Seasons hotels in Istanbul on Bosphorus and Sultanhmet are owned by Tay Group. With 82 residences, Four Seasons Private Residences Istanbul is expected to open in 2024. Penthouses, a sky loft, garden suites and apartment dwellings will make up the residences. Situated at the intersection of the Etiler, Levent, and Ulus neighbourhoods, the property will span four blocks. The facility will have wellness sections, a kids' play area, a young adults' room, an outdoor garden deck, a private cinema, and multipurpose event spaces. The homes will have under-floor heating, noise-cancelling technology, VRF air conditioning that is less harmful to the environment, EV charging stations, and round-the-clock security. Three-quarters of prospective Four Seasons developments will include residences, and the company now manages 53 branded private residences worldwide.

INDIANAPOLIS FIRST HOSPITALITY ADDS TO PORTFOLIO: In Indianapolis, First Hospitality has taken over as Hotel Indy's manager. With the KennMar owner group, this is debut Hospitality's debut hotel. The 90-key hotel with 1,200 square feet of meeting space and two restaurants opened its doors in 2021. The Hilbert Circle Theatre, Gainbridge Field House, and Lucas Oil Stadium are all near the hotel.

Meliá Hotels International has inaugurated Meliá Trinidad Peninsula in Trinidad, Cuba, marking the opening of MELIÁ HOTELS IN CUBA. The seaside hotel is close to Trinidad's historic district and has views of the Sierra del Escambray. Large outside areas with gardens and swimming pools that front the Caribbean Sea round the hotel. The hotel features 401 rooms, many of which offer views of the sea. Of them, 80 are The Level accommodations, which give visitors access to exclusive areas and services as well as a more customised stay. Additionally, some apartments have swim-up rooms with private pool access. The hotel has four conference rooms that can hold up to 1,400 people, a spa, 14 eateries and bars, a pool, and a separate reception area for gatherings. With its establishment, Meliá has increased its visibility in Cuba after the Sevilla Habana Affiliated by Meliá Hotel opened not too long ago. Before the year ends, the group plans to open the Sol Turquesa Beach hotel, bringing its total number of properties in Cuba to 34.
