The Link at One Za'abeel in Dubai Is Getting All The Eateries.

The opening of Dubai's new mixed-use One Za'abeel is scheduled for Q4 2023. In addition to 11 new eateries, the development will have two five-star hotels, One&Only One Za'abeel and SIRO fitness hotel.

A 250-room hotel with a spa, fitness center, and infinity pool will be called The One&Only One Za'abeel. The hotel will also include a marina and a private beach.
