Esco-bar Coctel y Cocina has opened for business in Dubai's fashionable Palm West Beach. The bar-restaurant's cuisine, variety of beverages, intricate interiors, and lively atmosphere exude genuine Latin culture.

With seven locations in Lebanon and one in Cairo, Marc Chehade, CEO of MEC Hospitality, and his partners strive to continually create spaces that evoke the best memories, with a focus on food and service quality.

The interior displays Hispanic artistry, from the intricately verdant décor depicting the old streets of Latino neighborhoods to the neutral wood accents. The goal of Esco-bar is to transport guests from the streets of Colombia to Cuba and immerse them in the culture and atmosphere of the region, which is achieved by the use of lush greenery and yellow accents, chic lounges and dining areas, and an outdoor terrace.

Esco-bar Coctel y Cocina serves delectable Latin American cuisine, including fajitas, pollo Cubano, pescado de Esco-Bar, and camarones a la criolla. Lighter nibbles include guacamole, calamar a la parilla and rolitos de salmon y mango. Palate-cleansing desserts at Esco-bar include the fusion de chocolate and the torrijas caramelizadas. Guests can enjoy a variety of cocktails curated in the Esco-bar style at the chic bar area. The brand's classic Latin American-influenced cocktails, such as a variety of Peruvian-style piscos, the El Hombre Dorado, and the Naranja Roja, among others, are highlights.
