'The Bearded Bakers' Bring Signature Food Theatre to Dubai's Keturah Reserve with Knafeh at Keturah

The Bearded Bakers (TBB), an Australian company that created and runs Knafeh Bakery, is renowned for its pop-up stores and delectable desserts with Middle Eastern influences. With the launch of "Knafeh at Keturah by The Bearded Bakers," the company is bringing the idea to Dubai's Keturah Reserve after years of refining its food theatre—a term TBB created to characterize the performance connected with creating each knafeh order.

The Bearded Bakers' founders, Joey and Ameer, stated: "Dubai has been on our radar for a while now. The Bearded Bakers' distinctive fusion of Middle Eastern hospitality, cuisine, and architecture will soon be available to Dubai residents.

Knafeh at Keturah is a rooftop experience with breathtaking city views that is situated in Keturah Reserve. The area is made wholesome by the inclusion of a Mediterranean setting surrounded by Keturah Reserve's olive trees, which was inspired by the high-line lounges of New York. The Bearded Bakers will provide their specialty meal, knafeh, in addition to Moroccan tea, Arabic ice cream, and homemade lemonade.

Knafeh at Keturah by TBB is an urban sanctuary open from Thursday to Sunday from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m., offering the greatest views in town and enabling visitors to take in the evening air and the delicious aroma of golden, sugar-filled pastries.
