Specialty and Fine Food Asia presents the 5-in-1 trade show for the FandB industry This June

Specialty and Fine Food Asia (SFFA), Southeast Asia’s premier trade show for craft, gourmet, and fine food and beverages, organized by the organizer of the Internationale Events Montgomery Asia, announces its return to Singapore from June 22-24. The fourth edition will also host the joint Restaurant, Pub, and Bar Asia (RPB Asia) trade show and will include the launch of three new joint shows: Specialty Coffee and Tea Asia (SCTA), Meat and Poultry Asia (MPA), and Food2Go. SFFA will occupy nearly 6,200, sqm of Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Center and is expected to welcome 5,000 in-person visitors and more than 150 exhibitors showcasing new products and the latest industry innovations from Singapore and around the world.
 

After two years of disruption caused by the pandemic, the hard-hit F&B sector is now paving the way to recovery. The easing of Safe Management Measures (SMM) has marked the resumption of business and given a major boost of confidence to the Food and Beverage (FandB) and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences,,, and Exhibitions (MICE) sectors.

Speciality & Fine Food Asia (SFFA) is the sister show of the Speciality & Fine Food Fair – London’s renowned artisan food and drink event – and is Southeast Asia’s leading trade show for artisan, gourmet and fine food and drink. Following its overwhelming success during the last three editions, SFFA has built a fantastic reputation as one of the most prominent business platforms in the industry.

Organized alongside SFFA is Restaurant, Pub & Bar Asia (RPB Asia), which has been cemented as the go-to show for restaurant, pub and bar owners and operators. Speciality Coffee & Tea Asia (SCTA), in partnership with the Singapore Coffee Association (SCA), will cater to speciality coffee bean and tea leaf growers and producers, as well as suppliers, roasters, traders, retailers and cafe owners.

 Meat & Poultry Asia (MPA), in partnership with the Meat Traders’ Association Singapore, will connect international meat and poultry suppliers, the region’s food manufacturers, hospitality and foodservice professionals, and retail buyers.

Finally, Food2Go, organised by Montgomery Asia, is an inaugural business-to-business F&B takeaway and delivery services event which will be a one-stop sourcing platform for the industry’s business needs. 

The FandB Playground
The main showground, The FandB Playground, which will encompass the five shows, will showcase more than 750 leading brands and new products ranging from artisan food and beverages, artisanal beverages, specialty coffees,,,,,,,,,,,,, and teas to meat dishes. A StartUp Village will also showcase the latest products from emerging companies such as Polobio SRL, Pour Beverages Pte Ltd, Lion City Meadery, UFisheries LLC and Baken Pte Ltd will be installed in at least eight country pavilions; Exhibitors and national trade representatives from Singapore, Australia, Belgium, Malaysia, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States and Uzbekistan have already confirmed their participation.The Singapore Pavilion will occupy 800 square meters and will have the largest contingent among all participating countries. Operated by the Singapore Coffee Association and the Singapore Food Manufacturers Association, the pavilion will include exhibits from local companies such as Vektor Asia Pte Ltd, Hong Seh Evolution Pte Ltd,,,,,,,,,,,, and One Vibes Nation Vending and Advisory Pte Ltd, among others.
 

Special Events
SFFA 2022 will see an exciting array of side events showcasing the latest trends, products and innovations.
 

The Fine Food Live Stage features a variety of talks, cooking demonstrations and product launches showcasing the latest preparation techniques and flavors. A series of butchery demonstrations will also provide an exciting platform for meat industry professionals to demonstrate their craftsmanship, make new business friends and open up business opportunities.The Innovation Stage offers a three-day program on the latest trends in food delivery and takeaway innovations, including panel discussions on the latest technological disruptions and food innovations shaping the world of F&B today.
 

The Tap Room will be a refreshing space where attendees can sample and enjoy the latest and greatest beers in the industry.
 

A key highlight for attendees to look forward to is the Singapore National Coffee Championship. The competition, hosted by the Singapore Coffee Association at the inaugural edition of Specialty Coffee and Tea Asia, will see contestants vying for first place, with the winner going on to the World Barista Championship and the Brewer’s Cup Championship, which will be held in Melbourne , Australia later this year. .Victor Mah, President of the Singapore Coffee Association, said, “We look forward to working with Montgomery Asia to host the Singapore National Coffee Championship at SCTA, which I am sure will be an exciting one co-located with an established trade show.
