Spanish Horeca Equipment Industry Promotes Its Products at GulfHost Expo

Through the coordination of the Spanish Exporting Manufacturers Association for the Hospitality Industry (AFEHC) and the assistance of ICEX Spain Trade and Investment, Spanish manufacturers of hotel, restaurant, and catering equipment will travel to Dubai (United Arab Emirates) to exhibit their products at the GulfHost hospitality and foodservice expo.

After a four-year absence caused by the Covid epidemic, which prompted organizers to postpone the 2020 edition, the Spanish industry will return to the Dubai hospitality equipment exhibition, which will be hosted at the Dubai World Trade Centre on November 8-10.

The United Arab Emirates, and Dubai in particular, is a regional center that acts as a gateway to the Middle Eastern and North African nations (MENA). This explains the interest of the Spanish hospitality equipment business in this market. In reality, Spanish group participations managed by AFEHC displayed at the Gulfood exhibition from 2005 to 2016 and at the GulfHost expo since 2017.

Participation of 17 Spanish Manufacturers as a Group

Under the umbrella brand Horeca Equipment from Spain, seventeen Spanish firms will demonstrate their goods on a 540-square-meter exhibition space at the GulfHost trade show. Arilex, Caff, Coreco, Docriluc, Fagor Professional, Fainca HR, Fricosmos, Frucosol, Garca de Pou, Infrico, Luis Capdevila, Mibrasa, Mychef-Distform, Pujadas, Salva, Sammic, and Taurus Professional are these companies.

Spanish manufacturers will exhibit their newest developments in hospitality equipment for the Middle Eastern market, with digitalization and environmental sustainability serving as guiding principles for technical innovation in this business.

The presence of the Spanish group at GulfHost 2022 will be promoted via the stand of the AFEHC association (Za'abeel Halls, Z2-D38), a brochure containing information on the exhibiting companies will be printed and distributed at the fair, and an email marketing campaign aimed at potential buyers will be implemented.

This collective participation of Spanish firms at the GulfHost trade show is part of the AFEHC and ICEX Spain Trade and Investment Industry Plan for International Promotion of Equipment for the Restaurant and Catering Industry 2022.
