Peperami Grows Meat-Free Product Range

Peperami has announced its latest product innovation, new Vegerami three packs (RRP: £1.50), to add to its growing meat-free portfolio.
The new vegetarian product follows a similar format to the brand’s iconic meat-based snack sticks.
Available initially in Tesco from this week before rolling out into other supermarkets, the new range marks the second time the snack brand has ventured into the fast-growing meat-free category. It launched Vegerami Chick’nless Bites in June last year.
At 64 calories per stick and high in plant protein, the latest product is said to be an ideal, nutritionally beneficial choice for consumers to incorporate into their lunchtime or afternoon snacking occasion. It is made from a blend of pea and wheat protein, with peppery herbs and spices.
