ONZE brings flavours from Peru and Japan to Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club

ONZE is a newly established restaurant and lounge at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. It is managed and maintained by general manager Ghada Ajib and Peruvian executive chef Marissa Josefinna Vallve, who formerly worked at Asado and The Act in Lima, Doha, Hong Kong, and Dubai.

ONZE, which is the French term for eleven, is the most recent endeavor of Blue Thunderbird Company, managed by brothers Sami and Selim Raad.

"I'm really pleased to create a cuisine that combines Peruvian and Japanese flavors," said Vallve. "The recipes I've made are influenced by my travels and include components such as salt from the Peruvian Andes." When visitors dine with us at ONZE, I hope that my meals will take them to their most memorable moments."
