New Chef de Cuisine Announced at Katsuya in Hyde Dubai

Katsuya Dubai proudly announces the appointment of Chef Kewal Tiwari as its new Chef de Cuisine, marking a significant culinary evolution for the renowned restaurant.
Chef Kewal is no newcomer to Hyde Dubai, having been part of the pre-opening team as the Sous Chef for Katsuya, contributing significantly to the restaurant's successful launch.
Before his role as Sous Chef, Tiwari's culinary journey featured impactful leadership positions within the industry. In 2013, he commenced his association with the Katsuya brand as a Chef de Partie at Katsuya by Starck in the Dubai Mall. Over the years, he progressed to the position of Head Chef, showcasing dedication to the brand and nurturing his passion for culinary excellence.
Now taking on the role of Chef de Cuisine, Tiwari is set to lead with a dynamic and inventive approach, collaborating closely with both front-of-house and kitchen teams. His aim is to curate an unparalleled culinary journey for Katsuya guests, fusing innovation with tradition to craft an exceptional Japanese dining experience.
