Direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform, entering the rapidly expanding internet channel. The business will start its direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform MyNestle in Delhi-NCR and then extend to other regions of the nation, according to Nestle India Chairman and Managing Director Suresh Narayanan's earnings statement.

MyNestle has been "designed expressly with customer requirements in mind, and I am convinced that it will satisfy consumers with curated product bundles, personalized gifting, subscriptions, discounts, and more," he stated.

In addition, clients may taste gourmet meals and get free nutrition counseling on the website, Narayanan said.

During the quarter of July-September, the e-commerce channel generated 7.2% of Nestle India's revenue. It was fueled mostly by innovative forms such as "rapid commerce" and "click & mortar."

Several FMCG firms have recently purchased, invested in, or constructed their D2C platforms and online-first brands. The manufacturers are transitioning from online marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart to their own websites and direct-to-consumer operations.

Currently, direct-to-consumer (D2C) and internet sales have a modest share of the market, but this is likely to change in the future years.
