Millennium launches a new project in Al Furjan that includes homes.

A residential project has been launched by Millennium Hotels & Resorts, following a current trend in the sector. Developer Deyaar is creating Millennium Talia Residences, which will be built in Dubai's Al Furjan neighborhood.

It is the second development by Deyaar in Al Furjan, with a portfolio of projects worth AED 300 million. Additionally, after the Millennium Atria Business Bay, the Millennium Mont Rose in Dubai Science Park, and the Millennium Al Barsha, this will be Deyaar's fourth property managed by Millennium Hotels & Resorts.

One- and two-bedroom hotel-serviced apartments with complete furnishings make up the apartment complex. The interiors include kitchens outfitted with branded equipment and integrated smart home systems.

One-bedroom apartments at Millennium Talia Residences vary in size from 670 to 1,275 square feet and start at AED 958,000, giving potential purchasers a variety of alternatives. The starting price for the two-bedroom flats is AED1,443,000 ranges from 1,130 to 1,465 square feet. The launch offer comprises a post-handover two-year payment plan, registration costs paid in full by Deyaar to the Dubai Land Department, and a free first-year service charge.

New Millennium strategy

Kazim, the new CEO, described his management style for Millennium in March 2023.

Kazim, an asset manager by profession after having studied accounting, has worked on projects including City Walk, Bluewaters, Jumeirah Bay, and the Bulgari resort in Dubai. Throughout his career, he has also served on a number of illustrious boards, including those of Emirates REIT, Dubai Parks & Resorts, and Emirates Transport. He now serves on the advisory board of UAE University's College of Business and Economics.

He serves as CEO of Tetra Hospitality, a significant hotel owner and developer in the area (and one that owns several Millennium properties) in addition to his duties with Millennium.

Instead of seeing a distinct division between owner and operator, Kazim believes that both parties in the hotel industry are striving toward the same objectives.

"In my opinion, ROI and the guest experience go hand in hand," he said. It's round. Your employees is where it all begins. When employees are content, they may provide visitors positive experiences. Customers are more devoted to your brand if they are pleased. Strong loyalty will result in a higher return on investment for your owners. This sector is so intricately interconnected. Although I undoubtedly have a developer's perspective, I am also aware of how it all relates to operational details.

"I've got a white canvas. I may not have the usual hospitality background. I assess what can be done rather than what should be done.
