Marriott Marquis Dubai: A New Landmark in Hospitality Excellence

West F5 Investments LLC has entered into a franchise agreement with Marriott International to inaugurate the Marriott Marquis Dubai, scheduled to commence operations in March 2024. Situated within the initial phase of the Dubai Developments' project, the hotel and serviced apartments form an essential component of the new destination.

Under the management of Aleph Hospitality, the Marriott Marquis Dubai will be an integral feature of the Jewel of the Creek hospitality complex, boasting a total of five contemporary towers offering picturesque vistas of Dubai Creek and encompassing 770 hotel rooms, suites, and serviced apartments.

Upon its grand opening, the Marriott Marquis Dubai will introduce six dining venues, well-appointed meeting spaces, a fully-equipped business center, fitness facilities, spa amenities, and swimming pools accessible across each tower. Moreover, the development will incorporate an extensive retail precinct alongside a scenic promenade along the Dubai Creek, complemented by a Marina featuring 85 berths.

Prem Gopalani, Managing Director of West F5 Investments, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration with Marriott International and Aleph Hospitality in bringing the Marriott Marquis Dubai to fruition.

Jerome Briet, Chief Development Officer (EMEA) at Marriott International, conveyed his excitement regarding the Jewel of the Creek project, emphasizing the driving force of Dubai's allure and demand behind Marriott's ongoing portfolio expansion, which currently exceeds 50 operational properties.
