KATA, A New Japanese Restaurant, Debuts at The Dubai Mall

A new restaurant operating business, Amai Gourmet Restaurants, has established the Japanese restaurant KATA at The Dubai Mall.

KATA, the group's first establishment, overlooks the Dubai Fountain and has a cuisine by executive chef Ricardo Bojador.

Chef de cuisine Ricardo Bojador said before to the opening, "Kata redefines ordinary eating by giving accuracy and perfection in every aspect. It is the result of almost a year of planning and preparation, from the architecture of the venue and its decor to the many hours spent preparing the food and beverage menus. Our staff is ecstatic to welcome residents and tourists of Dubai to The Dubai Mall, a genuinely unforgettable Japanese eating destination."

The menu features the KATA Maki Roll with striploin steak, caviar, and foie gras, as well as the black sesame crème brûlée. In addition, a resident mixologist has designed a menu of mocktails.

The inside walls include graffiti by the international artist TF.
