ISM Middle East Presents the Best Sweets and Snacks

The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) has made the announcement that the most important sweets and snacks exhibition in the MENA area would be held again from November 8-10. The exhibition was formerly known as Yummex Middle East, and for its 15th edition, it will continue its run of success under the worldwide brand name ISM Middle East.

The relationship between the show and Koelnmesse, the premier international trade fair and exposition center in Cologne, Germany, as well as its affiliation with the worldwide ISM network, will elevate the event this year, solidifying its position as the region's top business platform for the sweets and snacks sector and enhancing the experience for both visitors and exhibitors.

It is anticipated that the market for snack items would reach $43.8 billion by the year 2026 as a result of the rapidly expanding demand for confectionery goods in the Middle East and African area, which is shown by a CAGR of 4.1%. ISM Middle East will bring together the confectionary and snacks from all over the globe that are the most cutting-edge in terms of flavor and innovation.

Visitors will find the largest variety of sweets and snacks from over 300 exhibitors, including global brands from the chocolate industry (Harrison Premium Chocolate, Vitaminka S.C and Chocolat Stella Bernrain), confectionary and snack industries (Roshen Confectionery Corporation, Trolli Gmbh, Batook Chewing Gum Industries Ltd, Walkers Nonsuch Ltd, Crispo S.R.L, and Valeo Snacks), and date products (Harison Premium Chocolate, Vitaminka S. On the exhibition floor, there will be representatives from over 40 different nations, including those of Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Korea, the Netherlands, Malaysia, and Thailand, to name just a few.

It is well acknowledged that ISM Middle East is the largest event of its kind in the area devoted to the confectionery and sweets business. We expect high-value networking opportunities with seasoned professionals in the business as well as tourists. According to Shibu Thomas, CEO and Chief Brand Architect of Harison Premium Chocolate, "We feel that events of this size are main drivers of successful commercial partnerships."

The event will bring together key industry players under one roof, providing the perfect platform for networking, securing deals, and learning about the tastiest trends shaping the industry. These key industry players will range from retailers, suppliers, distributors, and wholesalers all the way up to buyers, chocolatiers, and pastry chefs.

The New Product Showcase at ISM Middle East will put the spotlight on the most cutting-edge new goods from across the industry. The re-imagined event will place an emphasis on innovation and new market entrants. The best product in each of these four important categories will be chosen by an impartial panel of industry professionals: best chocolate product, best hard and soft candy product, best bakery product, and best snack product. In the meanwhile, newcomers to the sector, such as Chic Kles Gum, Jakemans, and Chocolate Island Confectionery LLP, will have the chance to showcase their contributions to the expanding sweets and snacks scene in the area in the ISM Newcomer Area.
