In Q4 2025, the Holiday Inn & Suites Taif and Staybridge Suites Taif are scheduled to open.

In collaboration with Al Jumaiah Group, IHG Hotels & Resorts has secured the Holiday Inn & Suites Taif and Staybridge Suites Taif. Al Shafa, Taif, will open both properties in Q4 2025. Situated at an elevation of 2,500 meters above sea level, the location offers both magnificent scenic vistas and historical buildings. The new resorts will strengthen IHG's dedication to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and contribute significantly to Taif's expanding hospitality industry.

Saudi Arabia's goals in the travel and hotel industry are being significantly aided by Taif. Its rise as a popular tourist destination is also being aided by significant government investments in infrastructure. The twin signing of IHG hotels will add 280 rooms, meeting the city's high need for top-notch hospitality options with its year-round leisure demand appeal.

IMEA's managing director for IHG, Haitham Mattar, said, "We are happy to deepen our partnership with Al Jumaiah Group. We present to the lovely city of Taif two brands from our Essentials and Suites collections. With great pride, we have opened Taif's first globally branded hotel and are committed to growing our presence. Consequently, as the city develops into a well-known travel destination in the nation, more brands will be added to it.

"Saudi Arabia is a priority market for IHG," he continued. Our steady expansion highlights our commitment to advancing the leadership's vision for the nation and reflects our devotion to it. Our recently opened Holiday Inn & Suites and Staybridge Suites will provide the city with a distinctive selection of accommodations. Each will be essential to the growth of the travel and hospitality industry.

The CEO of Al Jumaiah Group, Abdulaziz Al Jumaiah, stated: "We are happy to deepen our collaboration with IHG. We appreciate that we will keep adding to our investment portfolio and fortifying our alliance. We take great pride in our continued partnership with Saudi Arabia's expanding tourism and hotel industry. Our goal of providing outstanding hospitality experiences in the city of Taif is in line with this signing.

One of Abdullah Ali Al-Jumaiah's multifaceted investment firms, Al Jumaiah Group, has kept up with the swift expansion of the kingdom's hospitality industry. The corporation makes investments in this field by working on a number of multipurpose tourism and entertainment projects, hotels, resorts, and other facilities, around the kingdom. It is anticipated that these projects would play a major role in driving the growth of Saudi Arabia's tourist and hospitality industry.
