J’Adore
Fall in love with J’Adore, a new concept offering dinner and a show at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City. Located on the 44th floor, J’Adore features a restaurant, lounge, and live entertainment, including singers, dancers, and more. The venue boasts an old-school Hollywood design with shimmering chandeliers, round tables, and red accents. The Nikkei Mediterranean menu ranges from seafood to steaks. Look out for cabaret-inspired set pieces, dazzling costumes, and acts including acrobats, roaming dancers, Michael Jackson-inspired routines, and DJs.
Nonnaverse
Passion Food & Beverage, the hospitality firm behind Avatara and Trèsind Studio, is back with Nonnaverse, a nostalgia-driven restaurant celebrating the rich traditions of family cooking. Each month, a new nonna brings her hearty recipes to the kitchen, sharing her life stories, wisdom, and culinary heritage. From 22 June to 26 July, Nonna Silvana kicks things off with a menu of Sicilian comfort food, including Bruschetta, Focaccia, Four Cheese Arancini, Parmigiana, Risotto with Zafferano, Torta Di Nonna Bice, and Crepe con Nutella.
Tatel
Experience Spanish haute cuisine, exceptional service, and daily live music at Tatel. Ranked among the top 25 restaurants worth traveling for, Tatel offers a sophisticated twist on traditional Spanish dishes, combining local ingredients with culinary innovation. Enjoy signature cocktails in luxurious indoor and outdoor spaces while savoring the lively ambiance and culture of Spanish dining. Already popular in Beverly Hills, Madrid, and Riyadh, Tatel is backed by footballer Cristiano Ronaldo and tennis player Rafael Nadal.
Three Cuts
Opening on the rooftop of Nakheel Mall, Three Cuts is created by father and son duo Joe and Jason Bassili. As the name suggests, it specializes in three cuts of meat: sirloin, tenderloin, and ribeye. The one-page menu keeps things simple yet sophisticated, offering chef’s selections from Porterhouse steaks to Tomahawks. There’s also a raw bar with oysters, salmon tartare, and more. Diners can choose from indoor or outdoor seating, with a terrace surrounded by pretty plants accommodating up to 100 guests.
Akabeko
Akabeko, meaning red cow in Japanese, refers to a legendary animal in the Aizu region and is now the brand logo of this new restaurant in Palm West Beach. Akabeko offers a nose-to-tail dining concept, featuring the city’s first Japanese A5 Wagyu-focused “Yakiniku” experience. The approach ensures every edible part of the animal is prepared and consumed, including all “left behinds” and “secondaries.” Signature dishes include the Supreme Wag-Yukke — a spicy tartare topped with scallops, uni, and ikura — and the Akabeko Donburi featuring prime Wagyu steak, uni, and caviar, embellished with truffle. Conclude your dining experience with Akabeko’s signature truffle ice cream.
