New Grand Hyatt Hotels on the Horizon

Grand Hyatt’s impressive portfolio is expanding with the recent openings of Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, Grand Hyatt Barcelona, and Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residences. These new properties mark a significant step in the brand’s global growth, with even more exciting destinations on the way.

  • Grand Hyatt Barcelona (opened April 2024): Located in Spain’s vibrant capital, this 465-room hotel offers luxury accommodations, world-class dining, and state-of-the-art meeting facilities. It's the brand’s first hotel in Spain, setting the stage for future ventures in the region.

  • Grand Hyatt Deer Valley (opened November 2024): The first Grand Hyatt in Utah, this mountain retreat features 436 luxury guestrooms and suites, après-ski dining options, and one of the largest mountainside event spaces in the U.S., making it a prime destination for both leisure and business travelers.

  • Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residences (opened December 2023): A sophisticated 33-floor residential offering, this new addition brings luxury living close to the bustling Sabah Al Salem area, offering unparalleled comfort and convenience.
