Food Ingredients Europe 2023 will feature an interactive EXBERRY® colour lab experience from GNT.

EXBERRY® Colouring Foods are edible concentrates produced by physical processing techniques such boiling and chopping non-GMO fruits, vegetables, and plants. They can be used in all food and drink categories and come in over 400 tints spanning the whole rainbow.
The adaptability of EXBERRY® concentrates will be demonstrated at FiE 2023 by GNT (booth 3.1G140), where guests will be able to customise the colour of dairy, confectionery, and non-alcoholic beverages at dedicated application stations.
Throughout the event, the company's committed internal experts will also be accessible to offer guidance and insights on how EXBERRY® can satisfy customer need in various global locations.
