Ferrero Group Expands in the US with Acquisition of Power Crunch

In a strategic move to broaden its presence in the U.S. market, Ferrero Group has announced the acquisition of Power Crunch, a leading protein snack maker from Bio-Nutritional Research Group. This latest acquisition is part of Ferrero’s broader expansion plan to tap into the growing “better-for-you product sector,” following similar acquisitions in Europe, such as Fulfil and Eat Natural.
Strengthening Ferrero’s Footprint in the U.S.
As part of the deal, Ferrero will acquire Power Crunch’s office in Irvine, California, and bring around 50 employees into the Ferrero Group in North America. This move is expected to help Ferrero further diversify its product offerings and strengthen its position in the competitive health-focused snack market.
