Eleven Green, a locally produced burger-bistro by the Tano's at 8 crew, has opened.

The new creation of Tano's at 8 squad, Eleven Green, is currently operational. The new burger restaurant was established by Sultan and Kinda Chatila and is situated in the Meyan Mall in Jumeirah.

Chef Sultan commented on the opening, saying, "I am happy to finally have the chance to completely immerse myself in my love for cooking after spending nineteen years in the corporate sector. We are starting a new path that blends my passion for food with my business acumen with the introduction of Eleven Green. I can't wait to share my culinary masterpieces with Dubai and see where this idea leads me.

The location of the Bull Burger

According to the Eleven Green crew, the menu offers "a roster of unforgettably delicious burgers". The soft greens and oak-wood browns of the bistro-inspired décor create a relaxed atmosphere.

"Sultan's passion for creating the best burgers imaginable is evident in every aspect of Eleven Green's story, and I am excited to be a part of this new venture," stated Samer Hamadeh, creator of Big Mouth Concepts and partner at Eleven Green, of the project. We want to create a fantastic burger brand with Sultan's vision and my expertise that will have a lasting impact on the F&B sector in the UAE and abroad.

Modest beginnings

Sultan was motivated to set out on the adventure after competing in a contest last spring to find the finest handmade burger in Dubai. In the end, he prevailed in the contest, which was assessed by a jury that included Chef Orfali and Reif Othman.

The "bull burger," Sultan's contribution into the competition, was named "Best Burger in the UAE." After winning, he took a flight to Dallas, Texas, where the dish also took third place for the third-best burger in the world at the "World Food Championship 2022."
