Callebaut Introduces the NXT Generation of Chocolate, which is 100% Dairy-Free and Plant-Based, in the UAE at EMF Shops.

Following a series of successful launches around the world, including Saudi Arabia, Callebaut, the chocolate maker preferred by artisans and chefs around the world, officially introduces 'Callebaut NXT', the 100% plant-based dark and milky tasting chocolates, guaranteed to be dairy-free in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

To celebrate the debut of NXT, the Callebaut team hosted an event for chefs and artisans at The Chocolate Academy on March 7, 2023. Seven famous chefs from across the world collaborated to produce beautiful chocolate treats.

Chef Marike Van Beurden, Pastry & Chocolate Consultant, crafted an assortment of inventive vegan goodies using NXT Chocolate. They included Matcha & NXT Cookies, Apricot & M LK NXT chocolate plated dessert, Mango-lime-ginger & M lk chocolate tarts, vegan brownies, exotic travel cakes, and bonbons. In addition, chefs Romain Renard, Panagiotis Samaras, Laura Gonzalez, Bertrand Le Gallic, Vincenzo Delgiudice, Fadi Kurdi, and Evah Reaidy showcased their vegan dessert creations.

Callebaut enlisted dietician Tina Chagoury to discuss the advantages of veganism in order to shine light on the vegan movement.
