Beloved Chef Jason Atherton Opens Three New Restaurants

It was revealed one month ago that Jason Atherton is currently developing a new restaurant concept in Dubai, although the specifics of this endeavour have not yet been disclosed. It is now known for certain that the English chef and restaurateur will be launching three new restaurants at The Grosvenor House, A Luxury Collection Hotel. These restaurants will be located on the 43rd, 44th, and 45th floors of tower 2, respectively.

The first restaurant, which will be called City Social Dubai, would be Atherton’s 15th business endeavor in his worldwide portfolio. The well-known modern and forward-thinking approach to cooking that the chef has taken will be included on the menu. Along with the launch of City Social Dubai, Atherton is also planning to launch a bar called Seven Tales, which will specialize on mixed beverages. The bar will take a light-hearted and creative approach to the preparation of mixed beverages, drawing inspiration from Japanese culture.

Last but not least, Atherton will soon introduce a brand-new upscale eating venue located inside the same building. The most upscale and sophisticated of the three new locations, this one will include an extravagant cuisine. Grosvenor House is well-known for its assortment of restaurants, which can be found inside the Dubai Marina hotel. These restaurants include Buddha-Bar, Siddharta Lounge by Buddha-Bar, Toro Toro, Indego by Vineet, Rhodes W1, and Bushra by Buddha-Bar.
