Artsy restaurant Amaya launches in Dubai Mall

Amaya delivers a unique experience to Dubai Mall, fueled by art that fractures reality and creates spaces that unite people.

Murat Tütüncü, a restaurateur, and Mohamed Ezzat, an international production specialist, collaborated to deliver diners and shoppers a novel culinary idea inspired by worldwide art galleries.

From dawn to night, guests may savor fusion cuisine made with the best locally sourced ingredients that aims to please all palates. At night, the facility transforms into a more muted, darker space with DJs, offering guests two very different eating experiences.

Murat Tütüncü, who is also the co-founder of Bosporus Dubai, selected the cuisine. The menu exemplifies the creators' desire to please all palates by offering a variety of gastronomic experiences.

Popular delicacies at Amaya include earthy Truffle Pizza and freshly cooked sushi, as well as a choice of quality meat cuts, such as Wagyu, and a well chosenassortment of Hamachi, Carpaccio, and Ceviche. Amaya takes great satisfaction in giving the highest quality shisha in town.

Contemporary artist Joseph Klibansky designed the inside of Amaya, including the wall art and specifically chosen art objects.

Amaya provides three pillars driven by digital art that alter throughout the day as the atmosphere changes from day to night.

The artistic site provides tourists with the chance to capture Instagram-worthy photos and a front-row seat to the towering Burj Khalifa and the spectacular fountains.
