Renowned ultra-luxury hotel group, Aman, is set to make its mark in the UAE with the launch of Aman Dubai. Anticipated to open within the next three years, this all-suite boutique resort will grace the beachfront of Jumeirah 2, adjacent to the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach.
Vladislav Doronin, CEO of Aman Resorts, anticipates that Aman Dubai will set a new standard for luxury accommodations in the UAE. With an emphasis on quality and exclusivity, Doronin envisions the resort as a unique offering, boasting ocean and city views, private pools, lush greenery, and top-notch amenities.
While specific room rates for Aman Dubai have yet to be disclosed, it's expected that guests will experience rates in the thousands of dollars per night, following the precedent set by Aman New York, which debuted with rooms priced at $3,200 per night in 2022.
Aman Dubai will not only offer opulent accommodations but will also feature expansive botanical gardens spanning 3.6 hectares along the waterfront. This commitment to green spaces reflects Aman's dedication to integrating nature into its properties, with Aman Beverly Hills serving as a precedent.
Guests at Aman Dubai can indulge in a range of amenities, including a 350-meter private beach and a sprawling 2,300-square-meter Aman Spa, the first of its kind in the country. Additionally, the exclusive Aman Club, offering memberships akin to those at Aman New York, will provide access to luxurious facilities and services.
The resort will also feature Aman-branded residences, available for both rent and sale, further enhancing its allure as a premier destination for discerning travelers.
Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, Aman Dubai will blend seamlessly with the UAE landscape, featuring desert-toned hues and subterranean spaces. Unobstructed views of the Gulf or the Dubai skyline, along with Aman's signature clean lines and natural materials, will define the aesthetic of the property.
Aman Resorts' foray into the Middle East extends beyond Dubai, with plans for Aman Wadi Safar in Saudi Arabia, set to open concurrently in 2027. The race is on to see whether the UAE or Saudi Arabia will host the first Aman brand in the region.
As Aman continues to expand its portfolio, including the upcoming debut of its sibling brand Janu in Tokyo, the luxury hospitality group reaffirms its commitment to delivering unparalleled experiences and personalized service to guests worldwide.
