Accor, one of the world’s leading hospitality groups, has announced the signing of an agreement with WinInvest LLC to open a new Mercure hotel in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia. Set to open in early 2027, the new Mercure Tsaghkadzor will be a 4-star hotel that promises to deliver a truly local experience, aligned with Mercure's “Locally Inspired” philosophy.

The Mercure Tsaghkadzor will be a unique addition to the region, with interiors inspired by Armenia's rich cultural and historical heritage. Since its inception in 1973, Mercure has committed to offering guests more than just a place to stay. The hotel chain’s “Discover Local” programme ensures that guests are immersed in the essence of the destination, with every detail—from the décor to the food and beverages—reflecting the locality’s distinctive charm.
