A Wonderful Place to Work: Jumeirah has been added to the UAE list

Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts has been designated as a Great Place to Work by the same-named international workplace benchmarking organisation. The group is one of only a handful of UAE hospitality companies to receive this honour.
The certification is granted based on anonymous employee testimonials.
The Spirit of Jumeirah programme has been one of Jumeirah's proudest workplace initiatives. Introduced for the entire portfolio and corporate offices, the programme includes Live Your Guest Life – a chance for colleagues to experience a stay with Jumeirah; IGNITE Innovation – a colleague-led initiative to find ideas that are great for guests, great for Jumeirah's employees, and great for business; and Women in Hospitality Coaching and Business Leaders MBA Programmes.
