Future Farm Introduces Plant-Based Alternative

Future Farm, a food technology startup, has released a novel plant-based fish alternative called ‘Future Tvna’ in 487 Coles shops.
The business has exploited essential parts of a food molecule to duplicate the texture, softness, and aesthetic creation of meat using an AI-led technology called True Texture.
The plant-based protein combination blends soy, bean, and chickpea protein into flaky bits that mimic actual fish and meat fibres. Fatty acids found in conventional fish flesh can also be found in plant-based components.
The brand has mixed in olive oil, microalgae oil, and radish. It has no chemical preservatives and is gluten-free, GMO-free, and hormone-free.
