Nestled in the heart of South Bulgaria, Lacrima's sprawling plant in Pazardzhik spans 20,000 m2, making it one of the country's largest dairies. Surrounded by the lush landscapes of the Rhodope Mountains, our plant benefits from the region's fertile soils and abundant pastures, ensuring the highest quality ingredients for our artisanal cheeses.

Crafted by skilled cheesemakers using time-honored Bulgarian recipes, Lacrima cheeses are made from the finest Bulgarian milk and carefully selected ferments. Our dedication to quality extends beyond borders, with a second factory established in Jordan's Zarqa region to serve markets across the Middle East and Arabian Gulf.

Committed to excellence, Lacrima maintains stringent quality control measures, subjecting each batch of raw materials to over 30 rigorous tests. With accreditation from the International Food Standard (IFS) and Halal certification, our products meet the highest international standards for quality and hygiene.
