Classeq made a striking entrance at Lord’s Cricket Ground as it presented dealers with a transformative update to its undercounter warewashing lineup. The Stafford-based manufacturer showcased a revamped product strategy, featuring a streamlined yet more powerful range of undercounter dishwashers, reducing the previous 16 models to just four.
The unveiling of the new Classeq C400 and C500 models marked a milestone in the company's approach, following a substantial investment in research and development. Dealers now have a simplified selection process, focusing on machine size and the optional integrated water softener.
This strategic refinement not only simplifies the product range but also enhances features, as all models now come standard with a drain pump, rinse booster pump, chemical pump, double-skinned cabinets and doors, and a color-coded display. The repositioning of internal components in the C400 and C500 models aims to expedite servicing and maintenance, while a dedicated app provides access to machine data for operators and service technicians.
During the event, Andy Salter, Classeq’s Managing Director, highlighted that the range simplification actually resulted in added functionality. He emphasized Classeq's commitment to reliability, ease of use, and simple maintenance, stating, "2024 is an important year for us, and we’re delighted to be presenting the market with a new undercounter range that builds on our Classeq proposition."
Dealers based in the Midlands and the north of the country will have the opportunity to explore the new machines up close at Classeq's launch event at the World of Wedgwood in Stoke-on-Trent next week.
